adequate stay in a historic building

friendly staff historical building cold room outdated bathroom

the staff proved friendly and helpful. the location offers proximity to palazzo pitti and boboli gardens. i found everything within walking distance. the building itself has historical significance.

my room was cold at night and the heating did not work perfectly. the bathroom was outdated.

great location simple access city center

the location was great, near the boboli gardens. public transport access was simple, a plus. i found it easy to reach the city center from there.

sagging bed noisy air conditioning

the bed provided inadequate support. it sagged noticeably. the air conditioning emitted a constant, bothersome noise, i found the noise distracting and disruptive to sleep. it was difficult to adjust the temperature to a comfortable level.
