great location simple access city center

the location was great, near the boboli gardens. public transport access was simple, a plus. i found it easy to reach the city center from there.

the hotel vibe felt somewhat somber to me.

sagging bed noisy air conditioning

the bed provided inadequate support. it sagged noticeably. the air conditioning emitted a constant, bothersome noise, i found the noise distracting and disruptive to sleep. it was difficult to adjust the temperature to a comfortable level.
